まだ試していないけど、CBDオイルの輸入にあたっての注意書きが当局から公開されている。
1. 証明書

“大麻草の成熟した茎又は種子から抽出・製造された CBD 製品であること”を証明する内容の文書 証明書には、以下の内容が記載されていることが必要です。
-書類の作成日
-製造元の責任者の署名及び肩書き
-輸入しようとする CBD 製品の CBD が大麻草の成熟した茎又は種子から抽出・製造されたものであること
2. 成分分析書
輸入しようとする CBD 製品の検査結果が記載された分析書 成分分析書には、以下の内容が記載されていることが必要です。
-THC、CBD の分析結果
-分析日又は分析書作成日
-CBD 製品のロット番号等輸入する製品が特定できる番号
-分析機関の責任者又は分析実施者の署名及び肩書き
-分析方法及び検出限界値（LOD；Limit of Detection）
3. 写真
CBD の原材料及び製造工程の写真
原材料
-CBD の原材料として、大麻草の成熟した茎もしくは種のみを利用していること（大麻草の葉、花穂、枝、根等を使用していないこと）を証明する写真が必要です。
-原材料の一部分を撮影した写真では、根や枝などが無いことを確認できないため、原材料となる茎などの全体像がわかる写真が必要です。
製造工程
-一例として、大麻草の成熟した茎等を機器に入れている写真や大麻草の成熟した茎等から抽出している写真等が挙げられます。
-あくまでも、CBD の原材料として大麻草の成熟した茎若しくは種以外が使われていないかを確認するためのものですので、上記に限定されるものではありません。
英語にすると、こんな感じかしら。
1. Certificates.

-Date of production of documents
-The signature and title of the manufacturer’s responsible person
-the CBD of the CBD product to be imported is extracted or manufactured from the mature stems or seeds of cannabis grass
2. Component analysis form
Analyses showing the test results of the CBD product you intend to import
The component analysis form must include the following;
-THC and CBD analysis results
-Date of analysis or preparation of analysis form
-CBD product lot number or other number that identifies the product to be imported
-The signature and title of the analysis
-Analysis Method and Limit of Detection (LOD)
3. Photo
Photographs of CBD’s raw materials and manufacturing process
Raw materials
-You must have a photo to prove that you are using only mature stems or seeds of cannabis grass (no cannabis grass leaves, flower ears, branches, roots, etc.) as a raw material for your CBD.
-A photo of a part of the raw material cannot confirm that there are no roots, branches, etc., so it is necessary to have a photo that shows the whole picture of the raw material, such as the stem.
Manufacturing process
-As an example, a photo of a mature stalk of cannabis grass, etc. in a device or a mature stalk of cannabis grass, etc. It can be a photo, etc. that is extracted from -No other than the mature stems or seeds of cannabis grasses are used as raw materials for the CBD.
